Flu Jabs 2021/22
Unfortunately despite being promised our flu jabs to arrive on the 13th September we have been informed that this has been postponed for 2 weeks due to HGV driver shortages.
Flu Clinics are in place for the 25th, 26th September & 10th October.

COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics
Booster jabs - We have received notification on 21/09 that we will start to receive a small ammount of vaccines and we will be supplied with a list of patients to allocate these to, we will be in contact with you all soon.
Vaccination clinics in our area are now mostly walk in centres across kingston, 119 will also be able to help with the mass centres.
Covid Vaccination Passport/Evidence
Covid Passports are linked into the NHS app, you can also request a paper copy on the governement website which will be delivered to you.
The surgery is not be able to provide any of the recognised vaccination identification
